  • So far so good. Not a bad week, I just finished fitnessblender.com HIIT routine for fat loss (21 minutes) and tank top arms. So that was a nice quick workout where I burned a good amount of calories. I hope I lost weight this week, but we'll see. Have a great weekend as well!
  • Today I did my Tae Bo workout and it was pretty good. Yesterday I did Turbo Jam, that was good too. I'm trying to stick with exercising at least 5 times a week and eating right. Tuesday I had a little set back I had some Chinese food that my husband bought, because he wanted it. Of course he bought enough for me and the…

Great title by the way! Usually I gain weight during the holidays, and I use to allow myself to do that every year. I would gain weight then New Year's would come around and I…

  • You know you really made that cake for you and guests.... right? I'm just saying two tiered chocolate ganache, that sounds delicious. I would have some myself. But seriously, you have every right to have a piece, just have it in moderation and make up for it later or before with exercise. If you exercise before ,…

  • Feel free to add me too! I'm a 44yr old mom of four. I'm not working now, but I hope to get back to work soon, because my youngest is starting Kindergarten in September! Yay!
  • I like keeping an open diary because it keeps me accountable to me. If someone wants to give me ideas or an opinion that's fine with me. Either I can take it or leave it, so it doesn't really matter. I like looking at other people's diaries, because it gives me ideas on what to eat and how many calories I should be eating.…
  • By all means you can add me if you like. My diary is open if that will help you as well.
  • Hi Whitney, I'm 5'4" as well, but my goal is 120lbs. It seems 108lbs is a little low, but if that's your goal then good luck to you. But it is good that you noticed your unhealthy eating before you gained to much weight back. So that's great that you will open up your diary and let people see what your eating and be…
  • Yeah I've been on the Dukan Diet and I don't like it. It's just another version of the Atkins diet, but supposedly healthier. For me eating so much protein for a long period of time messes up my system, it makes me irregular so to speak, binds me up. Without enough fiber, veggies and fruit my body doesn't function…

I'm more than willing to motivate you as best as I can!
