For all we know, that could be a perfect goal for you. Taking in account body frame size and bodyfat % is very important.

I am 5' 3.5". I started off at 5'2.5" at 140 pounds. Since this time last year I have 30 pounds and grown in inch. I am now 110,but wouldn't mind gaining back a couple pounds of muscle, because I definitely still have some toning to do!

light walking (as long as its not too hot out where you live, but you could always walk in the evening after the sun sets too)
-
a lot of Jillians workouts are generally considered circuit training.

I do all the time. You can scramble them and microwave and put them in a dish or get a plastic egg poacher and microwave them in that.

I completed the crunches challenge I set for myself last week (50 a day) 5.5 out of seven days. Not too bad. I also joined a plank a day for the month of august in another group and completed that 5 days out of seven last week. My challenge this week is to walk/run 15 miles. Today I did 6.2,so I gave myself a good…

I walked 6.26 miles today. So thats a nice chunk. Means I only need to walk 1.4 miles a day for the rest of the week. If I get a good run or two in I will even get a rest day or two. I log my routes on runkeeper.com if anyone else wants to use it for their walks. :)

technically as long as you eat within your calorie goal you will lose weight .But you will not adjust your eating habits or feel good without those essential nutrients and are more then likely to put the weight back on without an entire mentality change.

I am 5' 3.4" . But in January I was 5'2.5" .I started at 133 pounds (had list 7-8 previous with weight watchers) and I am now maintaining 110 with 19 % bodyfat. Would like to get the bodyfat down another percent or two to lose a few more inches and would probably be okay gaining a pound or two of muscle. I do have a pretty…

you look amazing!! I seriously don't know where another50 pounds is going to come from on you. Twenty maybe? You must have a pretty stellar number for your bodyfat % right now!

1lb of muscle weighs the same as 1lb of fat. Just that muscles take up less space then fat. Best to do weights while losing weights as you can't really gain any weight is muscles while in a calorie deficit,so it will really help you lose inches

challenge yourself. Take all your old favourite recipes that have meat and make them meatless and tasty.
-
Ended up doing level 2 of the shred and a 30 minute walk. :)
-
thanks for the feedback. I have never run the path by my house. Never ran outside before actually just on the treadmill so I know it would be a walk/run. Shred is probably a good idea. Two levels,I like the way you think Hush. I will spread them apart by like half an hour or something though so I don't die.

sweet potatos are awesome with garlic powder. Also I've never had flan but I bet it would taste good with a bit of chocolte drizzled on top.(googled it lol)

pizza can be great! Look up a recipe for a while wheat honey and flax dough or something. Load it up with veggies and low fat mozzeralla,in fact maybe make it a chicken pizza?
-
Im not sure of the science behind it but I have heard it from multiple sources. Its also a natural detoxer and helps to flush toxins out of your system.
-
congrats you look great!

a good suggestion for faster weight loss is maybe go vegetarian for the next few weeks? Also aim for as many 500 calorie burn days as you can. Limit refined sugars and carbs from your diet from things like candies, breads and pastas.
-
general consensus around here has been circuit training.
-
How much weight are you planning on losing? Your numbers are small to begin with,so I'd guess no more then 20 pounds or so. Your goals should be at 1/2 a pound a week when you have under 50 pounds to lose.
-
OMG! That sounds awesome, all we have where I live is the zombie walk.
-
Honey and cinnamon. I also add it to all my smoothies for a protein kick, and as sour cream on my sweet potatos.

This may be because your body had dipped into the "dreaded starvation mode" ( hate that name, wish there was something else to call it). Now that you are allowing it more food it is holding onto it. Seriously keep to this for another week and I promise you will see results. Other culpirits could be water retention,( too…

wow! Congratulations. Everyday your getting closer to your goal!

awesome job to both of you!
