I was attempting to eat more fat to try to get my body into ketosis but this did not appear to be working as I have not lost much weight. Not sure where I am going wrong?

I have now changed my setting so you should be able to view my food diary. I am 5ft 3 and have been following this approach for about 3 weeks approx. Thanks Michelle
