Dark Chocolate or Yogurt Covered raisin (170ish calories per 35 pieces) help if I want something sweet. If I want something salty or savory, I'll go for the pretzel sticks and hummus. Pretzel sticks are about 100 calories for 50 sticks. Hummus is about 60 calories for 2 tbsp.

48 oz today already :) I used a 40oz water bottle. I fill it twice a day. If I empty it twice, I get 10 cups! On days that I run, I try to fill it three times!

All doctors do have some background in nutrition. It is very important in pretty much every patient's lifestyle. I will say, if you feel like that's wrong, just go to a dietitian. But I wouldn't automatically say that the doctor is wrong.

I have the new balance N4. It's a watch and HRM/Calorie Counter. It works really great. You can set it to your weight, height, gender, and age. The only issue I have is that it's started going in "slo-mo" twice. A quick reset fixes it though. The chest strap is also barely noticable.

giving up soda shouldn't be too hard. I did give them up for a while when I first started dieting.. but I craved the carbonation. Maybe I can cut back on them a lot. As for the processed food, I eat the frozen meals for lunch because I only get 20 minutes to eat on a break. I did buy some fresh fruit this week and some…
