I've been using MFP since February 15, 2012. I had great results for the first two months. I lost 13 lbs.
Now I'm stuck. I haven't lost any weight since the first week of April. I fluctuate between 136.8 and 140.
I workout atleast every other day, if not everyday but one skip day per week.
About two and half weeks ago I changed my diet to a pescetarian diet. I eat fish about 2 or 3 times a week and besides that it's just dairy and vegetables. I've been staying under my weekly goal.
I just don't understand what I'm doing wrong. It's so frustrating.

If you want help, it is good to open your diary. That will give us more information. Thanks!

It's open now, I thought it was. Sorry about that.

Your diary looks pretty good overall. A couple of things you might try--1) cut out some of the processed foods you eat and opt for more whole foods, and 2) maybe give up the soda for awhile. I know that there is no agreement on this, but there are studies that suggest that diet pop prevents weight loss. Maybe upping your water intake and taking in more fiber and whole, clean foods might help. I'd start there and see if it makes a difference in a couple of weeks. I became a vegetarian in November, and I didn't plateau at all until I was two pounds from my goal, but I really tried to limit my intake of processed foods and opt for more fresh and frozen fruits and veggies. Good luck!

giving up soda shouldn't be too hard. I did give them up for a while when I first started dieting.. but I craved the carbonation. Maybe I can cut back on them a lot. As for the processed food, I eat the frozen meals for lunch because I only get 20 minutes to eat on a break. I did buy some fresh fruit this week and some frozen veggies and fresh spinach. I buy some of the canned stuff just because it's easier. Also, buying fresh costs more and it's hard of a college student budget. I really think cutting back on soda might help though. Thanks for the input :)

If you crave the carbonation you should try drinking LaCroix or some time of sparkling water. I know for me personally it has helped me cut out Soda all together in my diet. I tend to stay away from any type of artificial sweetener and I have been seeing positive results
