We don't eat out, so I haven't had to give up any restaurants. As far as food goes, I eat all the things I love just not as much as I used to.

I measure my rice portions dry and after it's cooked just divide it.

I like to grill it, make zucchini cakes or zucchini "fries".

Honey mustard salmon is really good. Mix up some honey and mustard to your taste, spread it on and bake.

No food is bad, but if you are overeating and going over your calories on certain foods, I'd say try to only keep 1-2 of these items on hand at a time. When you finish those up, buy some different treats.
