This was me - i'd eat well until about 5, and then came the barrage of vodka and juice drinks, then followed by whatever munchies we had in the house. every night - gosh i'm glad we don't do that anymore!

I did 100 miles (my first century) on Saturday - spokane to Coeur d'Alene and back on my recumbent trike. It was AWESOME :) so...per standard training schedule: Aug 1 - 40 miles Aug 4 - 60 miles Aug 8 - 60 Aug 15 - 40 Aug 18 - 100 Aug 22 - 40 total so far: 340 miles (edited to add in training schedule)

Exactly! i just find it so weird, especially with my family! Basically my best friend (who is a sister in law to be) has been avoiding me like the plague for a few months now and won't say why; i think she's thinking that i judge her because i eat healthy, but i'm not and never would. i'm 5'5" and my goal weight is 130 - i have .2 lbs to go. :) For me, i think it's a good weight - my top and bottom don't match though - my upper body looks really thin and my lower body is kinda soft but getting better. my plan is to keep toning and lots of cycling and things should even out. All in all i'm pretty happy…

that is a FANTASTIC idea! i'm having a hard time with this too - i'm .2 lb from goal after having lost 52 lbs and i'm having a really hard time with the changes. i even still go straight to the women's section for clothes and i wear a juniors size now! it's frustrating for my family; they think i'm doing some false modesty…
