Oh and one more - having a hard time making the 'mind change' of adjusting to your new size. I still go to the women's 2X section and I wear a medium on a bad day. I've even bought the bigger clothes and been a little confused at first when they didn't fit right. Getting better though! :)

1. Being so happy to wake up in the morning because i'm making positive changes for ME 2. Anxious at work because I can't wait to go home and work out On the flip side - watching people who had been bragging about their weight loss get passive aggressive to you when you finally start losing :/ Not cool. :(

Hi! I've dropped 50 lbs so far and am continuing to stay on track! I'm currently battling stage 3 breast cancer and would love to have you add me!

You know, look at it this way - if you eat this way, you're basically eating like a thin person. They have days that they go over their calorie 'budget' and then they cut back the next day or so. Makes sense to me? Not the path i'm choosing, but i can see how some would embrace it.

Hi I'm Shani! i lost 52 lbs over the last year and have unfortunately managed to gain 20 of it back - how embarassing. i'm joining this to hold myself accountable and to get rid of this extra!

I have a wonderful collection of sample size bath salts, bubble baths, and body washes - every time i workout i get to use one (instead of regular soap) and baby myself a little. Keeps me motivated :)

I'm a project manager and am at my desk most of the time as well. Luckily, my office is at the bottom of a very steep hill and i can get a fantastic walk in at lunch every day, and then once an hour i take 6 minutes and run up and down all four flights of stairs twice. Then i do little things, like send print jobs to the…

Hi! i'm 5'5" and my goal is 125. I was at 128 this last fall but packed on some weight over the holidays so now i'm chipping it back off slowly, but i can't wait to get back where i was and even smaller! My starting weight was 182 in Feb 2012 - definitely never going back there again. :)

@Smex Hang out

I 100% agree with this. when i was losing most of my weight, as soon as something got too big, i would bag it up and donate it. bags and bags of clothes went out of the house, but i'm glad i did, because when i slipped and gained a little weight over the holidays, what got me back on track is that my none of my clothes…

I can tell you from personal experience, unfortunately, that this problem will not fix itself if you lose weight. i was in a terrible marriage for 7 years where i heard this daily, many times a day. So, eventually, i left :) Now my new sweetie is very encouraging, and after 4 years i am just now starting build my self…

In the humble opinion of someone who is at goal....you do what you need to do to make this lifestyle change fit your life. i think it's okay to have a special meal now and again, just work out more. i wouldn't go overboard, just have what you've been craving and be done with it already. This is not a diet, it's a lifestyle…
