I also have hashimotos. So far I'm down 7 but I have 25 to go. I'll be 50 soon so it's not easy.

My Zumba instructor and her husband just got their Ripped certification. The first class is tomorrow. I'm going but am a little nervous because I normally do not do well with group classes (except for Zumba). So I walk every morning for 30 minutes and do Zumba twice a week. Hopefully, adding this class will help. :smile:

Do you eat dinner after your workout. I;m struggling with that part and do not want to skip any meals. I run into the same problem so I have not been eating before my morning cardio. I started taking a Zumba class on weds which starts at 6:30 and it is way to close to the time I get home from work.

I'm actually stuck at 167.4 and my goal is 150. I just starting taking Zumba at the gym three times a week. I am hoping something gives for my next week weigh-in. I just joined this site so I;m hoping that this will help.
