Definitely want 20 lbs off by summer!! Been really getting my workouts on and trying to make healthy food choices. Starting weight: 186(after the holiday overeating) Current weight: 182 Goal weight: 160

I'm pretty active, but I need to have will power! I need to make an effort into a healthier eating lifestyle and stand clear of the junk food. I really like my sweets :-( This site really does help with the accountability.

I prefer to workout at home, but make sure I mix it up. I do have a mini home gym, but would prefer to be outside swimming, walking, running or cycling. Gotta have variety! After working all day, who wants to leave again after finally making it home plus I'm too cheap to pay the monthly dues.

I have a registration form if you want it. Me and the kids are already registered. You can probably fill out the form and hand it in on Saturday. James T. Woody is where we start. Be there at 7:15 and we start at 8.
