WOW!! Awesome!! I just love Shaun T as a trainer. My soulmate workout is Insanity!! That one is a killer but I got some amazing results from Insanity. I loved T25 too but I love Insanity better :)

LOVE INSANITY! Its' my fav workout..I always seem to go to that workout for variety. It is how I lost my 20 lbs I needed to lose and got myself into the best shape! Feel free to add me as a friend for extra motivation

You have to manually add it. Only fitbit I think is compatible as far as I know but I could be wrong....I have a polar and haven't been able to connect it :(

Im thinking It's gotta be with what you are eating. I am not saying you are eating badly...but some people's body cannot tolerate certain foods, even certain healthy ones and maybe you need to start going through what you are eating and take some things out of the picture and like others said check with your doctor. 38 is fine. Like others said it's all about how comfortable you are. I am pretty fit but I do have a lil stomach pooch on the bottom so when I sit it doesn't look good. I'm hoping to hAve this gone by summer. I mean I WILL have it off by summer!!
