Hi I am now in my 2nd year on MFB. First year I lost 6 stone, then I have had a year of on and off. I weigh a little less now than what I did last year so that is good but this first year of maintaining has been a roller coaster. :laugh:

Whenever I have a few naughty weeks, when I start back on MFP and fully logging I always loose well in the first few weeks I lost 5 lbs this week and on for at least 2/3 next weeks., but it will then level out to 2lbs a week.

I know !! once in a while and it was really greasy too :-( Made up for it tonight with a nice homemade chicken kebab :-)

Thanks I went for the right option then I went for Vermecelli Rice noodles Singapore style I normally have then chow mein but I need to be a bit lower .. Super Thanks.

I did the first 4 weeks then got a bad chest so had to stopped GUTTED I did not loose as much I lost about 1lb per week however my body shape, especially my thighs. They are now a wobbly mess they were getting really firm. I do miss feeling fit.. I may start it again it was just such a commitment with two little girls…

I did enjoy WW and it did work for me but this is SOOOOO much easier just one single thing to worry about CALORIES, not fibire, sat fat, converting to points, CRACKERS... Good luck we are all here to help and support.
