Rice noodles or chow mein?

With nothing on them? Rice noodles are 190 cal per 1 cup serving, chow mein noodles are 237. However, because the chow mein noodles are fried they are higher in fat. They are also lighter (45g vs 176g) so the rice noodles are more filling for the same volume.0

Thanks I went for the right option then I went for Vermecelli Rice noodles Singapore style I normally have then chow mein but I need to be a bit lower ..
