Well I have a friend from India who now lives in Norway, lost 132 lbs by trying out a meal replacement program by the name Herbalife. A program that replaces 2 of your 3 main meals with a shake and a bunch of stinky tablets - really stinky tablets! But it worked. He was 145kg when he started this diet. Lost his weight all…

I had the same problem but with a twist - happened when I switched from ON 'whey to egg' protein supplement out of curiosity. First few days I didn't know what was wrong. But the day I switched egg with whey, it vanished!

I tried it. It works! Certainly difficult at start but stick with it and you will be amazed. I lost 30lbs in 31 days. May not the best long term plan, but works for BMI30+ individuals imho.

FWIW I lost 30lbs in 31 days between Nov-Dec 2011 following the juice only reboot program by Joe Cross, the guy from Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead documentary. Didn't fall sick or had any health problems as such. Might not be the healthiest way as per traditional wisdom but did help me kick start my journey for sure

Only way is to keep yourself busy during the weekend. Clean the house, wash cloths, grocery shopping, out at the malls etc. Plus, keep a water bottle with you and sip along all day!

^This makes me say 'no' even though the sports world in general had always been marginally tainted with substance abuse.
