In Ayurveda, doshas are the functional intelligences within the body mind complex. These dynamic energies manifest in the body through their qualities, specific sites, and the active roles they play in orchestrating the processes that create and sustain the body. In other words, they are the energies that make things…

Excellent! That is awesome news. I can almost relate to how you feel, just gotten out of my own long lasted 200+ curse this week! Keep it up.

I've been doing cardio for a month and consistently reducing weight every week. However the very first week I started weight training, my scale took a sharp u-turn and it showed a gain of 1.3kg I was the least impressed. Not only was I doing an hour plus cardio everyday, I just added additional alternate days of fairly…

Don't worry about it. It happens! Whats more important is your realization. Next time, think twice before binging!

If you are vegetarian try to include walnuts, flax seeds, whole grains and legumes to bring up your calories to atleast match your BMR. Try to stick with a 40:40:20 ratio of protein, carbs and quality fats.

There is a special bond between me and my scale. It's almost like we've been challenging each other for a while. I want to beat it every single time. So while I take a good long week to prepare for my next duel, there it sits giving me cold steely stares every time I pass it across the hall. Till the next Saturday morning,…

I actually see the opposite! [WARNING: The following post contains multiple mentions of bodily fluids  ] I workout atleast 75min cardio everyday, trying to clock min 60minutes of intense workout in that time frame, allotting 15min to warm up and cool down. It's almost like not counting till I start sweating real…

Looks good. Fat is marginally higher for my liking though. I use this one. Contains Aspartame, :grumble:

Thank you ninerbuff. I'll give it a shot and see if it helps me!

Not a bad idea imo. If I could afford that kind of timings, even I might give it a try. Instead I easily do around 75min on average every evening. I increase the intensity by increasing resistance and keeping up the pace and sometimes play around with the default settings for variety. So yeah, go for it!
