well used it tonight and it said 348 cal for my jog. I think i Will stick with this one for now

I have this one and was not sure if it was working properly as it said I only burnt 135 cals doing 30 day shred which I thought was low .I have added all my weight etc properly will try it when I go for a run and see what it says .i was gonna buy the polar ft7 which is a lot more expensive but if this is correct no pint

todays figures I have set my diray to bmr and then will eat back exercise cals will not go under bmr or over tdee now figures for today are my goal is 1410 food 1555 exercise -416 net 1139 now is this right or do I need to eat more to get net above my bmr

I did 30ds level 2 today ,need a quick workout while lo waqs naopping so chose that .i will try to hopefully do no more trouble zones again tomorrow

I did 30 ds last month and I also purchased no more trouble zones which is good more toning ,weights broken down into segments and i got the banish fat boost metabolism which is more aerobic but still targets areas so both good .I find the no more trouble zones does not have as much jumping up and down lol
