setting goals on mfp and fitbit
Hi everyone .I am going to start tracking my calories on mfp again .I now have my fitbit back so going to do lots of walking .I wondered whats the best thing to do have fitbit and mfp set to maintain and just aim for a deficit every day or just set them both to lose 1lb a week ,whats everyone else do :)

not used my fitbit one for few months, now it wont work...
I lost my little charger therefore have not used my fitbit for couple of months .I charged alst night and it looked fully charged but I have been on a long walk and its onlt showing 57 steps and not synchronising ,any ideas please .I need my motivation back x

does the fit bit synch with mfp to say how many cals you should have based on height etc and exercise,does it tell you how many cals you should eat for a normal day then add exercise etc does it add automatically or would I still use mfp goals
