hI everyone
mfp says I have 210 cals left and fit bit says i am over 400 above my goal and need to burn more .I have it set to eat as you go,think its sedentary so that it adjusts the more exercise I do ,rather than it using previous days cal and exercise , now i am confused had a really really bad food day but thought was within my cals at least showing, 210 in green on mfp and net off 990 and saying opps your400 over your goal on fitbit .I only log food on mfp any ideas which one is right and which one to follow both set to loose 1lb a week
