I was reading interesting post about how many cals to eat ,something about fuguring out your bmr then settign mfp to maintain and then not eating less than your bmr .I thought I replied so then would be in my posts but its not there and didnt get all the info has anyone saved this or have a link please

another confused one here :(
I started mfp last week and i have gained a lb .I set goals toloose 1lb a week and have been adding exercise and eating the cals I have earnt from exercise .I am on 1210 cals a day so cant go any lower and some days have eaten the 300 extra . I just wondered if you can carry dailly calories over to save for a treat or weekend .I have about 500 left today and was thinking maybe have a treat tomorrow ,is this ok and is there a bit where it shows how many you have left for the week

best jogging /walking app
Hi everyone I was wondering is anyone has any good walking or jogging apps on their phone .I have a samsung galaxy and currently trying the sports tracker but its not very accurate adds about two miles to my distance .I have also tried endomondo which is ok but keeps stopping any good ones out there :)
