any off the march shredders gonna join me in april .I think ill alternate some off the other dvds with the 30 day shred along with my jogging ,would be great to have the 30 day shred march peeps here plus anyone else who fancies to join

I want to do this again. I've started 30DS 2 or 3 times and never finished it. I probably wont do it every day though.

Hey there - count me in for either. I'm alternating 30DS with Ripped in 30. I tried Shred it with weights the other day too but found it tough. Might put it in the mix also though - the first 15 mins anyway!

I have the banish fatboost metabolism and no more tro0uble zones so will bemixing it up a bit

I have the banish fatboost metabolism and no more tro0uble zones so will bemixing it up a bit

I reaklly like them ,especially the4 no more trouble zones as it targets areas and uses some weights as well .I want to tone as I loose so its good ,only just got them though so will concentrate on them more next month x
