after the 30 day shred

I just wondered after working out every day for 30 days whathappens after ,do we need to carry on a few times a week doing the exercises ,and if we dont will we just loose all the hard work we have beendoing for 30 days .I am on day 10 but hinking will my jogging and walking be enough to sustain what I hopefully will gain from 30 day shred x
