Hi all ,
I worked out my calories burned by looking at my fitbit data over last 7 days and it worked out divided by seven 2162, so to get a good healthy weight loss should | eat 20% below this figure each day which is around 1700 cals that’s including all my average daily steps and then eat back any other form off exercise steps
