good luck am also on a DD today so far so good .I had a roast dinner with lots off veg few potatoes and made a soup to snack on throughout the day so far not hungry

really enjoyed my main meal today and still have my soup to eat yet will have a bowl soon

I think if I exercise on a down day i will have to eat more cals ,cant see me being able to do exercise without food maybe an extra shake or something

Hello both . I have only just started so its early days . I have had two up days and so far have prob eaten more than i should and the wrong foods. I think my next up day will log cals on mfp and not go over 2000 . I think its the novelty off thinking i can have chocolate a naan bread even had chips from chip shop because…

I have only just started but had oatmeal and milk for breakfast ,filled me for hours .I made a huge pot off veggie soup for under 200 cals and ate that throughout the rest off the day ,the other day had a protein shake and soup
