thank you everyone .I would like to continue with weights as I have just bought some so want to get my use out off them lol might just buy them both so ihave them all then cant go wrong can I now I have seen six week six pack as well wondeing if to get all three then ihave them .IOf I knew how much I was gonna like it…

it does get easier at the begining off level one hated the star jumps few other bits but by end off it didnt evennotice ,was loads easier

Thank you so much for all your help,its much appreciated .The 30 day shred dvd includes in each session 2 min warm up, three x 6 min circuits ,which include 3 mins off strength ,2 mins off cardio and one min off abs ,then 2min off cool down . I was wondering in school holidays i will not be walking to school and some weeks…

edmondo is a good one .I love walking I tend to walk to town and back if weather is nice pushing lo in buggy its a nice 4 mile walk but saves money and getting exercise as well .Great idea ,enjoy :)

not sure to be honest I have beenlogging it the same as level 1 .I found level one hard at firts but then felt easier so may be burning at the ssame rate now fitness has improved a bit but not sure

level 2 was hard today ,its the planks need to strenghten my arms lol .I bought some samll weights not to heavy but feel better than tins so hope it helps a bit ,enjoying it though
