I make my own burger patties. I mix ground meat (usually turkey but lean beef is great), shredded spinach, diced tomatoes, green onion, dill, and feta cheese. They are ABSOLUTELY delicious!!! They have plenty of flavor on their own so condiments aren't really necessary and a bun is optional :-)

5'1" and at the moment, 145lbs. My body feels kind of comfortable at that weight and doesn't require a lot of effort to maintain. I gained all the extra because of health issues. We'll see how things go, if I can get back down to the 120's then so be it!

Any items high in protein or fiber. However, the more processed crap in your diet, the less food you can eat and the hungrier you will be!

It's all relative, so as long as you are weighing yourself at the same time you should get an accurate result of what you are losing. I find in mid afternoon I weigh less, but that's hardly a convenient time for me to weigh myself so the morning it is! :-)

I do essentially the same: 1C almond milk, 1 scoop whey protein (chocolate), 1TBLS peanut butter, and 1/2-1 banana. So good. I will also add plain greek yogurt and a handul of berries.
