I KNOW the premade ones are ridiculous!! I just take fresh kale, rip it up into uniform pieces and use spray oil on them and add a little salt! Just pop them in the toaster and voila....so MUCH healthier!

A friend just moved recently to Boston and that's how he found an apartment to live in. He really likes his two roommates but there were a couple of sketchy emails/phone calls from others that he had contacted and he was smart enough not to bother seeing those apartments. I started this challenge the 29th and have yet to check in! My whole month has been pretty crappy eating-wise. I wouldn't necessarily say I've had tooooooo many binges, but pretty sure the entire jar of Trader Joe's cookie butter I consumed earlier in the week would constitute such. Therefore: binge free days: 2 lol

Those recovery days are pretty necessary especially if you're doing something tough! If you're afraid one day will get you out of a routine and back on the couch then do some light cardio - like a walk. Enjoy!!!
