The booty pictures look great, however I have no problem in that area :) I want to build strength and muscle. I am not as young (56) and I don't want to be one of those people who fall and can't get up.

I weigh myself everyday. I am trying to loose 50 lbs. To date I have lost 31 I want to make sure what I am doing is making the scale numbers go down -not up.lol

I've been a member since 2012 however, I've just become serious in recent months. Since 12/3/2016 I have lost 26lbs and continue my journey until I reach my goal weight loss of 50lbs.

I have never tried NS however, now that you have me thinking about it, what are the preservatives to keep it from going bad? I hope not salt.

I don't mean to sound presumptuous however, today most smart phones have a fitbit app on them, so what is the difference between using ones phone verses a fitbit on your wrist?
