I enjoyed working out my passion is walking I could walk from here to Timbuktu. Eating was no problem either I got down to a nice weight and then found other things to occupy my time.

My body will not allow me to loose anymore then 2lbs a week. If I were in charge of how much weight dropped per week- I would drop these last 14 this week. Thus far I have lost 36. Good luck and stay focused.

Being able to come of the meds or at least some of them is great. It would allow you body to do what it needs to do naturally. Not sure of your age however it is huge as far as weight loss. Your regime sounds like a lot. I am not a trainer or anything, but I would suggest doing all what you have written every other day.

I have been in a Biggest Loser contest at my job since 1/3/2017. The contest ends next Monday! I hope to win-the jackpot is $400!!

I have been able to loose 32lbs by calorie counting on this site. Sometimes looks can be deceiving so I am learning to read labels and cut corners by eliminating using salad dressing and avoiding sauces on foods.

Much better now. I've learned the culprit-wine. No more :D I've lost 31lbs
