2 hour walk
Is walking 2 daily at a brisk walk too much. Sometimes I walk it all at once, sometimes I have to split the timing. I am 208 trying to get to 160.

I have a sweet tooth and have been pretty good at staying away from sweets, candies however I have created a new habit apple and peanut butter any other healthy suggestions?

Juicing
For the first time in my life I have begun juicing. I used a beet, orange, lemon and two apples. A bit messy however, quite tasty. Does anyone juice? Do you find it helpful or counter intuitive to your goals. Calculations gave me 297 calories.

I have lost 31lbs of 50 lbs that I want to loose strictly by calorie counting and cardio. I would now like to incorporate weightlifting. I'm really not a fan of it however, I know it is necessary. When and how should I begin?
