I fell off the wagon for about 2 weeks and gained 8lbs! I need encouragement! Help! I have restarted however this road to stabilization is rough. I want to loose 18lbs.

All you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit. And make the changes that put you in that deficit, a habit. So there's no wagon to fall off of. Make sure you don't cut out anything you like to eat, just make room for it. And if you want to exercise, find something you enjoy doing.1

Two words, Halo Top! Look it up if you have a sweet tooth, it may be a way for your to cut some calories and still have your fix.1

I have trouble after falling off the wagon too... This time I stocked my fridge with already cut fruit and vegetables to keep me away from the bad stuff. Feel free to add me as a friend!2
