I have started and restarted, (here I go again,) my membership here for several years and here I go again.
I have been on a high intensity weight -loss group for the past 5-6 weeks but I am having a tough time losing.
I do not eat beef only baked or grilled fish/chicken. I consume plenty of fruit daily, not as much veggies however no sodas,, sugar and only have bread grains one/two servings daily-what gives?
