I felt that Weight Watchers was very cliquey and not for me. I tried it and quit multiple times. My last time was about ten years ago. I'm much happier with MFP. To be fair, technology has come a long way in that time and it has made tracking much easier.

I have wondered the same thing many times. I normally wear thongs, but on squat days, I wear briefs. I like the Gillian and O'Malley ones from Target, but I have to go up two sizes, or I get VPL like WHOA. I can't do the commando thing, because I wear pantyliners when I work out. That's probably another topic.

Spinning and thrusters. Spinning for the cardio "rush", music, and the fun with the class. Thrusters because they are hard but they feel like they work everything.

It helps me to know that people are expecting me at the gym or at Crossfit. If you can, maybe make some personal training appointments or ask someone to meet you at the gym at a certain time. I just started taking it on Monday. I take a really low dose, 1/2 of the 37.5 (I think that's it) and I have noticed that it helps me to feel less hungry. It makes me incredibly thirsty.
