I love it and think it is a great way to burn a ton of calories in an hour. I've only done it in a class at the gym. I think I would have a hard time sticking to an hour on my own.

I have been thinking really hard about this. I think the worst thing I have tried is Stevia. It is a good way to ruin perfectly good coffee. I have just learned to like my coffee unsweetened. I love all of the Kashi products I have tried so far. Not a fan of the Fiber One brownies. :(

I love the coffee from DD. I used to get their egg white flatbread sandwiches and wake up wraps. Not too bad on the calories, but not for every day either. I wish they had a lower calorie muffin option (not just low fat, like the blueberry one).

It will take you 3500 extra calories to gain a pound. From what I remember, those pints are about 1200. You might slow your losses, but I don't think you're in danger of gaining unless you were already over your calories by a lot. Yes, sometimes, but I keep it simple. I will make mini baked omelettes and usually one other thing - shredded beef, chili, or marinated then baked chicken breasts. It is nice to have healthy choices that are also easy.

They are a little high in calories, with 290, but the Snickers Protein bars, especially the Caramel Rush flavor, are fantastic. They have 20 grams of protein. I don't recommend the pure protein, but that is because I had a bad reaction to them and was sick to my stomach for a few days.

This wasn't your question, but if you have a Smart and Final near you, they have great prices on the Torani syrups. I am very picky and prefer the Torani SF French vanilla or the Starbucks SF vanilla. Not a fan of the Dolce or DaVinci.

Those cookies are shockingly high. I miss living in California where they had to post the calories for them. I was also shocked to discover the Costco food court ice cream bars that I used to share with my ex were 840 calories each. Each. Good thing I haven't had one in over five years.
