Thank you for posting this. I am about 95 pounds down from my highest weight with another 40 to go, and then I am planning to have this done too. Great job!

More than I really should, I think. I have breakfast at home almost always. Maybe once a month or less I will get breakfast out with a friend. The rest of the meals though, game on! For lunch, I usually get a salad from Jason's Deli (I try to limit carbs), or a bunless burger and side salad from a fast food place if I am…

Probably too many things. Chiles rellenos, broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl, mashed potatoes with butter and cream cheese, hot fudge sundaes, chocolate chip cookies, and nachos.

I have a dress that I fell in love with in college. It was my roommate's and it's a size 10. A few years ago, I lost enough weight that I could fit into a 12, but I still couldn't zip that dress. I am currently a 16 after gaining back some weight and my goal is to zip up and look good in that dress this year. It's not my…

I used spin classes and Crossfit to lose 30 pounds, after losing 60-ish pounds with other forms of exercise and calorie counting. It is usually the best part of my week when I am in a spin class.

I confess I would never try that with my boyfriend because he would probably turn me down.

Getting under 200 by my 40th birthday in 27 days. It will be close but not impossible.

The salmon with miso sauce entree at Cheesecake Factory. I didn't eat the whole thing, thank goodness, but as I recall, it was over 2,600 calories.

Nothing until recently. I am working with a coach and he recommended having some protein and a little bit of carbs after a workout, so I use 43 g of Jarrow unflavored whey protein and 11 g of Ovaltine powder. It has been hard to get in the habit of doing this, honestly.

I went to a Christmas party last night and skipped the made-to-order donuts and fresh apple pies.

Daily, and honestly sometimes more than once. Once is plenty.

Do this for you. No one should be judging you on bad days. When you log everything, you can go back and see your historical progress. For the past couple of months, I have not made any progress, so I looked at my old diary entries to see how many calories I was eating at my most successful and to look for meal ideas I…

If you are on Facebook, XX_Keto is a great group. Very supportive and non-judgemental.

I second the recommendation to try a trampoline park. Those are great fun and good exercise. Also playing Frisbee, playing at a playground, and hiking. I am not a good skater, but if you are, this is great exercise, as is a longer bike ride.

Thanks for these tips! I am going to try that chicken and orzo. I just prepped tonight. I made a cheater tortilla espanola from this recipe, but I added a medium sauteed onion. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/23096/nans-potato-and-egg-frittata/

I like the"Zombies Run" app. It makes running part of a game. It can't hurt to try.

I am a regular at spin classes. They help me to stay for the whole hour instead of deciding that 20 minutes is enough cardio. It can also help with accountability if you start to become a regular and then miss a class. Try one! You can always leave after 15 minutes if you hate it.

My shoulders! My arms have lots of loose skin, and my pear shaped self doesn't have great looking legs, but my shoulders are on point.

Thank you all so much!

I've never even heard of that. To the internets!

Nothing good happens to them, from my experience.

Nice guns, lady! Congratulations on your success. Your starting point is about where I am now, and I am impressed with your results.
-
Thank you  I think that might be because I am pretty active and lift moderately heavy.

I have heard that green tea has a slightly beneficial impact, but I read this before I posted and it seems like it is really not worth it. http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/weight-loss/in-depth/weight-loss/art-20046409?pg=2

Yes! I've lost about 100 (well, 110 then gained back 10) with about 40 to go and I can totally relate. My arms would be awesome without all of the loose skin. I am planning to have the skin removed when I lose the rest. I've worked too hard for this to not see it.

I like to eat the single serving one that comes with honey. Yum.

I feel like this too. I'm 10 pounds away, but I keep gaining and losing the same few pounds. I've got about 40 pounds total left to lose.
