  • That is so true and congratulations on your progress! :drinker: I do believe I am getting there too. Every time I am on the treadmill, I kick it up a notch in some way and just keep talking to myself. Many times I tell myself that if those people on the BL can do this, then why can't i? So much is in our heads. WE CAN DO…
  • For me its Biggest Loser, American Idol, Monk, Psyche, The Office, and SNL.
  • Fajitas!! Cut up the chicken and cook in a skillet with a little EVOO. Add green peppers and onions. Wrap it up with some salsa, lite cheddar cheese, and lite or fat free sour cream. I also love adding some hot sauce to it.:smooched: My favorite!
  • Ok, so I am pretty much a beginner at this but I have been trying to do some type of intervals. I have started out at 3.5 (brisk walk),for 3 minutes, then I kick into a pretty good jog at 4.5 for 4 minutes and keep alternating. Is this beneficial for me or should I try it differently?:ohwell:
  • You all have such great ideas and advice! Today I was starting to go for the candy jar when I remembered some advice I read on the boards.......Drink water and wait to see if you are still hungry. • I am with ya! I teach in a high poverty inner city school so I feel some of your stress too. These kids have parents locked up or living with other relatives and we have to make sure they pass a test! ON another note, today was a teacher work day. • I have been really good about not staying after too late and getting home to exercise. My worst time of day is right after the kids leave. I am STARVING and usually will eat whatever is close. :noway: I've been trying to munch on almonds to help. What is the toughest part of your day?

Its just sitting there and I had a few small bite size pieces already!:frown: I can't get myself to get rid of it because I would feel guilty if I threw it out.
