hi! my Name is Jessica. I am from Gander, Newfoundland. I had a beautiful baby girl 3 months ago and i am trying to loose the baby weight. and i am trying anything and everything to do so. i also have to stand as maid of Honor at my cousins wedding in June...so i need all the help i can get. anyway..good luck to everyone trying to lead a happy healthier live. take care
