I do Wii Fit and Zumba. I love them both. Zumba can be tricky at first, until you get used to how the teach the dance. I lost about 25lbs and only went down one size. I lost a lot from my face first and my back so I didn't go down in clothes that quick. Everyone is different.

I have done most of Jillian Michael's DVDs and love them. I just started The Biggest Loser Boot Camp. I find this easier to do than Jillian's 30 Day Shred but still feel like I had a good work out. Also I do the Yoga Weight Loss DVD and that one works for body FOR SURE!!
