Veggies are very low in calories. You could have a fair amount for those 50 calories. Air popped popcorn is pretty low too. Also, like the others said, you could go for a walk or do stuff in your room.

I've dried it in the past and used it for tea. I've also chopped it up and added it with cut up fresh fruit for a homemade fruit cocktail. But not too much as its pretty strong. You could also add some to home made iced tea. Otherwise I'd like ideas too.

My first thought was that its probably calcium that's missing, or fatty acids such as fish oils, olive oil etc. But it could also be a fungal infection which is extremely common and easily passed from person to person. It's probably worth a quick visit to the doctor to confirm.

I'm not a big wine drinker myself, but I do remember from back when I used to go to WW meetings, that they suggested you do wine spritzers instead. I think if I remember correctly it was half wine half club soda. Maybe give that a try??
