On Sunday inToronto a runner set some new records world wide. He finished the 42km marathon in just over 8 hours. He was quite happy with that as he figured it would have taken him 9 hours. In your experience - what takes off inches faster
Walking or jogging? or intervals? in your own experience, what helped take inches off faster? I know weight will come off in time, but I'd like to incorporate cardio that will help me tighten and tone up quicker.
