I had this as well. I continued to do my daily routine and worked through the pain but I was also on a lot of pain killers and prescription anti-inflammatory. Remember to stretch out after you have been sitting a while or when getting up in the morning. Mine went away when I lost weight. My foot doctor had me do stretches…
