  • Eat more meat, fish. Or even supplement your nutrition with protein powder if you don't have the cash for english stakes errday. Protein will make you less hungry. Eating fast carbonhydrates like white bread only maked you more likely to eat more fast carbonhydrates, so take the slower ones. However you do need fruits.
