Going over carbs almost everyday? Any tips?

    Lower your portions if you think you eating too many of them. I routinely go over my carbs... as long as I'm under my calories I'm ok.

    share your diary, so it can be seen why. there are many carb sources. it depends where you get your carbs

    don't eat stuff with carbs :laugh: sounds simple enough..lol...hope to get some tips so bump :happy:

    Eat more meat, fish. Or even supplement your nutrition with protein powder if you don't have the cash for english stakes errday. Protein will make you less hungry.
    Eating fast carbonhydrates like white bread only maked you more likely to eat more fast carbonhydrates, so take the slower ones. However you do need fruits.
