Exactly. And, where would these stored up calories come from? 1000 calories consumed minus say 300 in exercise = 700 calories net. There are no excess or stored calories there.

I don't really get what you are saying.... You're saying that people should starve themselves and work out intensely in order to reach their weight loss goals? Are you saying that the OP gained lean muscle mass by not eating?

I would highly recommend Rodney Yee's AM Yoga For Your Week. Of course, you could do this at night. It is a dvd with 5 different 25 minute yoga routines that each focus on something different.

I work out on my lunch break and only hop in the shower to rinse my body, not wash my hair. I just use a blow dryer to dry the sweat in my hair! (I'm sure you don't smell TOO bad when you get back to work :wink: :happy: )
