I am 5'10" SW 170ish, CW 160, GW 145. I have always yo-yo'ed with my weight. I think I look the best at 145 but never have weighed less than that so I'm not sure. I have the same UGW as you, but I'm 5'10. SW was 170, CW is 157. Also am focusing more on a defined lean muscle healthy look rather than skinny fat. Adding you as a friend!

You look amazing! Can I ask what your daily cal limit was when you dropped from 137 to 118? Also how often do you lift? Also do you do other things for example like crunches?
