You look beautiful!

Wow you look great!! Can I ask how often do you lift and how long are your sessions? Also, do you do any cardio or not so much? I'm wondering because I switched to lifting as a primary work out rather than cardio and I am hoping to see results like yours! Thank you

You look radiant. I hope to look that good someday!

Way to go! Keep up the great work! Major progress already!

I wanted to ask all of you tall ladies your opinion. Taylor Swift is 5'-11" and weighs 119 lbs. (this is according to an online search) I think she definitely looks thin but I don't think she looks too thin, do you? However, I weigh 165 and if I got down to 119 I think people would be concerned, why is that? Am I too…

Wow I appreciate you posting this. I am the same height as you and I started at 170. I am currently at 165 but I don't feel like I look nearly as skinny as you. I am aiming for 145. Thanks for posting.

Nice work!

This is my goal! Can I ask do you lift weights as well?
-
I am 5' 9.5" and have always hovered around 165-170. When I watch what I eat I get down to 160 but never below that without vigorous exercise and extreme dieting. I would like to be at 145. I have 18 pounds to go.

Did any of you who saw results in toning and/or weight loss use machine weights? I try to use free weights (dumb bells) but my gym is small and most of the weights are machine. Is there still hope for me?

I appreciate the words of advice. I do sometimes guess when I record because I don't have a scale or if I make something homemade I'm really not sure. For example, malibu927 pointed out about the deep fried potatoes and how I can't be sure if that is accurate; well that is true I don't know but I made homemade french fries…

I am 5'-10" I currently weigh 166. I am wearing a size 6 or 8 pants. Goal is to get to 145. I was down to 155-160 but I started lifting weights and now I am gaining weight. Really making me upset to see the number getting bigger even though I am feeling better in clothes overall. Also, I cut out alcohol all together (about…

I am 5'9" and I can relate to your post, I also started around the low 170's mark. I have been using MFP for a year (this month), and I have only lost 10 - 12 pounds (it fluctuates a lot). I weighed myself this morning at 159.6. My goal weight is 145. I am very frustrated because it took me about 6 months to loose the…

I'm 5'9" and my SW was 169, right now I am 160 and it has been 4 months since I started tracking calories and going to the gym. Today I am still at 160 and I have been stuck here for a month. My goal is to get down to 140. Does anyone have advice that lost/wants to lose a similar amount? I don't know if I am at a plateau…
