I ran the 1.5 in 16:03. I'm probably going to die now lol but I think I'll be okay there. I also made it to 16 pushups before collapsing lol but I also got to 31 situps before I gave out. I think I'll be okay, I just have to dedicate myself to improving for the next 2 weeks. I can do this!!!

Thank you! Yes ideally I'd like to workout at a gym or even go jogging outside but it's just not an option right now. I do like the games and stuff the Wii FIT has! It makes working out fun lol.

I define a binge as eating until I'm full... and then continuing to eat. Every time I get even the tiniest bit of room in my stomach, I stuff it full again. Fortunately I very rarely do this anymore lol.

I finally saw the 140s on the scale yesterday for the first time since I gained 20 pounds a year ago!!! I'm 5 -8 pounds away from my pre-weight gain weight, and 15-20 pounds from my goal :)
