Wii FIT

Hi everyone!! I lost my motivation a few months ago and put back on all my hard lost pounds, plus 2 extra I feel awful and disgusting and I pretty much hate myself right now. So the only thing to do is get back on the wagon and start eating right and exercising again. The eating right part will be okay. But now I'm in school full time, have 2 part time jobs that equal full time hours, and I'm a single mother. So my exercise time is very limited. No gym for me! I had been doing the Ripped in 30 with great results, but some of the exercises there gave me leg problems.
So I bought a Wii FIT and a Wii FIT Plus game disc. I have no idea what to do next lol. Like what exercises I should be doing, how long to do them, etc. If anyone else has experience with the FIT, please chime in on some ideas for a routine I could start off with!! My main goal is weight loss with toning. Building muscle is not important to me at this point.
Thanks everyone!!

Thank you! Yes ideally I'd like to workout at a gym or even go jogging outside but it's just not an option right now. I do like the games and stuff the Wii FIT has! It makes working out fun lol.0

Wii Fit is more of a game than a workout. If you want an at home workout get either EA Sports Active or Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing for your Wii. You won't regret it.0
