I'm from Swindon, feel free to add:)

I'm 4ft 10in and I currently weigh 99.6lbs, 8.6lbs left to goal, every pound really shows when you're short:/
-
So even though I'm not running for a few months and just walking 4-5 hours a week, I would still be classed as moderately active?
-
-
An hour for each walk, I was still walking alot when I was running too, but since I'm not running for a few months, I'm wondering if I need to use the lightly active tdee instead as walking is completely different to running, I'm just completely confused as you can probably tell lol!
-
I use the moderate tdee(3-5 workout hours per week), I'm just wondering if it counts or not? I haven't wore my hrm on a walk before so I don't know the exact speed but if it helps I work up a big sweat lol, I'll be sure to wear it on my walk tomorrow so I can find out. I know I don't need to worry about eating back…
-
This, and moderation, I have toast everynight and I know I'll have more tomorrow night so there's no need to binge, I'm slowly learning.
-
I think a binge is when you feel out of control, you can't stop yourself and it happens in a short space of time whereas when you overeat you know you're eating a little more, you intentionally do it. When I have binged, it's almost like I'm not really doing it, I don't realise until after the binge what I've done.

The natural sugar in pineapples/fruit is ALOT better for your body than the added sugar in junk, so stick with the pineapple if it's what you enjoy:)

I'm a little bit shorter, I'm 4ft 10in and I currently weigh 101.4lbs, my goal weight is 92lbs. Feel free to add me:)

Your eyes

My scars are really dark, and as my skin is so light, it's so easy to see them:/ I was told by a few of the women on the counters that a powder foundation wouldn't be good for my skin, thanks though:)
-
I'll have a look for bobbi brown in my debenhams, never heard of laura mercier, can you get her cosmetic line from places like house of fraser, boots, etc?
-
I've tried rimmel before, dried out my skin:(
-
I ended up buying a clinque foundation, completely matches my skin tone but doesn't provide very good coverage. I'm going to mix it with another of my foundations to see how it turns out, if it doesn't come out good, I'm going to have another look. Which estee lauder foundation would you recommend?

Cleaning up a child who has had an accident and is bleeding. I can deal with vomit and dirty nappies, blood I can't, it's my number one phobia.
-
I love wholemeal bread, I could eat the whole loaf given half the chance! I personally don't see the point in cutting out something I enjoy, it's not sustainable for me, I'm trying to eat it in moderation.

I've had alot of unwanted advice about my hair, and I have never followed it. For the last eight years, I have washed my hair twice a day(morning shower and bedtime shower), I shampoo it in the morning and condition it in the evening, I use tresemme, my hair is strong and shiny, never had any problems with it.

Don't diet, make a lifestyle change. It's never too late to put your health first.

What's your intake like on a day when you don't binge hun? The foods you binge on, do you let yourself have them in moderate amounts on a NON binge day? My mum knew about my anorexia because I was six when I was diagnosed so obviously my old doctor had to speak to her about it, I was just a child I didn't know what I was…
-
Food scale and measuring spoons.
-
Looking at my bum in the mirror lol, I carry all my weight on my lower half:/
-
What does your intake look like on a non binge day? Are you getting any help? Does anyone else know? I'm in recovery for purging type anorexia and in the last two months I have started binging. I find it scary because I don't realise I'm doing it but I'm determined to break out of the anorexia, and decrease the binges but…

You can eat what you like in moderation, or make a healthier version of your favourite food? I never eat anything I don't like and I don't have cheat days because I eat what I like every single day. Eat how you plan to eat for the rest of your life.
-
I'm 4ft 10in, I'd still be a healthy weight:) I am:)
-
I'm not a runner:) I walk more on the days I don't do HIIT.
-
I would definitely be more than happy with losing inches instead of weight. I do HIIT three times a week as I can't do more, I should still see results eventually right?
-
I don't really eat big meals, I prefer to eat something every two hours as it keeps me full and I have way more energy eating like this too. Is it emotional or actual hunger? When I do binge it's because I have left it too long to eat again and I'm really hungry so I grab anything, could this be your cause too?
-
I feel like this too, my depression kept me from giving recovery another shot because 'I didn't deserve to be happy.' Obviously I still struggle with this alot, but I have to keep telling myself if I don't do something and get healthy now, I will never be happy. I don't really have much advice though:/ Keep fighting! Xxx
