I do circuit training 3-4 times a week and enjoy it massively as I never get bored, I love the fact it constantly challenges my mental and physical strength.

I'm 4ft 10in and weigh 101.2lbs, my maintenance is 2500-2800 calories. I workout anywhere from 8-10 hours a week, weight training, running, HIIT, circuit training and kickboxing. Still trying to work out a sensible cut as I don't have that much left to lose, my advice to anyone is never net any lower than your bmr.

I've been IFing for a little over a year, 20/4 tuesday-friday as I don't take anything to work and 16/8 saturday-monday. When I first started, I had all the comments you're probably receiving but some people just aren't open to new ideas.

I started binge eating almost a year and a half into my recovery treatment, and compensated by restricting which only made the binges bigger and more regularly. It took alot of people telling me I needed to eat more to stop the binges but after four months of everyone telling I finally took their advice and began around my…

1) I workout first thing in the morning but you need to do what works for you, some people like to workout right before their first meal, etc:) 2) I do 20/4 on work days so only tuesday-thursday and 16/8 on my weekends. Yep I don't eat until my 'feeding window.' 3) Seven days a week, I enjoy it:) 4) If that's a suitable…

If you use the tdee method, you don't need to eat back exercise calories as your activity level has already been taken into account, does that help at all?

This exactly! I'm 4ft 10in, weigh 103.6lbs and my tdee is 2000-2500, but I still maintain on 3000 calories too. It is possible to be short, eat more and lose weight:)

I work 30 hours a week in a nursery, I'm a college student, and I work 8 hours in a charity shop. You can do a workout in 20 minutes, research HIIT. I do HIIT 2-3 times a day, I walk on my lunchbreaks, and I do pilates on my days off too. You don't need to exercise to lose weight, but exercise is great for your mental and…

Hahahaha it was the thought that counts, though I'm sure your girlfriend didn't see it that way haha.

On my days off I workout at around 8am then eat my first meal at round 1pm or 2pm, my workout's haven't suffered. If not eating pre workout affected my workout intensity, etc, I'd make sure I ate beforehand, we're all different though so what works for someone may not work for someone else.

I've suffered with depression for five years and some of the things that have helped me are putting on some upbeat music, and sometimes it doesn't help but alot of the time it helps me get out of the house, I listen to my music on long walks. I also like to sit outside and draw, especially in the summer. I also like to eat…
