I used to use products containing tea tree oil, and used the concentrated oil on a cotton swab to dab directly onto the worst pimples. By measuring my height. :tongue: I miscalculated my height by 1.5 inches, I just guessed in the beginning and today thought I would confirm, and it just subtracted another 40 calories from my daily allotment. I guess it pays to be sure to begin with.

I just throw a bag into a glass of cold water and drink it. Drinking plain water gets so boring sometimes, and the green tea is good for me. Be careful, though. Green Tea does contain a bit of caffeine.

I noticed that the 30 Day Shred is nearly an hour and a half. Do people just do it in chunks to cut it down to 20-30 minutes per day? Or do you do the first 20 minutes for a few days and then the next 20 and so on?

I find that the more I exercise on my stationary bike, the more difficult it becomes. The first few times I can do the 30 minutes barely breaking out in a sweat, and then by the second week I am struggling after 15-20 minutes. Shouldn't my endurance increase the longer I do it?
